The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
The purpose of the job is to implement and maintain end to end HR and IR operational practices and policies, through actively participating in all activities and contributing to the creation of a highly skilled, flexible and driven workforce. The successful candidate will ensure HR management practices, actively participate in overall Labour Relations, ensure that operational HR practices and processes are adhered to and maintained. The incumbent will also coordinate the Performance Management System, ensure effective and timeous reporting and provide effective customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in HR
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a highly unionised environment within the Manufacturing sector, of which 1 year is to be within Human Resources.
